What this site is — Our public information website. It is not the QOLAE portal, which is a separate, private, invitation only system reached only through a delegated PIN.
Using the site — You may use it for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt it or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
Our content — All text, design, the logo and the QOLAE™ name belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission, beyond your own reference.
Enquiries — Sending an enquiry is asking us to get in touch. It does not create a contract and does not begin any instruction. Any work QOLAE carries out is governed by a separate Terms of Business agreed in writing.
What QOLAE is — QOLAE is a Service provider to Lawyers and Insurers and their injured Clients, providing Clinical Case Management and expert professional services: we assess, coordinate, plan, oversee and report. Where a Package of Care is in place, the hands on Care is delivered by a registered Care provider and we coordinate and oversee it. What you read here is general information; our advice is given personally, once we are instructed.
The portal — Access is by invitation only, through a secure PIN issued to instructed professionals and the people they support. Its use is governed by the terms given at the point of access.
Links to other sites — We may link to sites run by others, including our team members' independent practices. We are not responsible for their content and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability — We work to keep the site available and accurate and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Our responsibility — We do not exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, so far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes — We may update these terms and the current version, with its date, will always be on this page.
Governing law — These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
