- INA (Immediate Needs Assessment)An in person assessment of your Client's immediate needs, followed by the INA Report that can be relied upon in a Court of Law
- Ongoing Case ManagementOngoing coordination of Care, therapy and recovery, from injuries where the needs are less Complex through to the most serious and Complex, following our own Immediate Needs Assessment. With your Client's consent and yours, we request the provision of the handover documentation from the outgoing provider, so that we can inform you clearly what our INA, Review and Audit will involve before you commit to it.
