Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Everyone should be able to reach us. Many of the people who come to QOLAE are living with injury or illness, so an accessible website is not a nicety to us, it is part of caring properly.

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. In practice that means:

  • Every page works fully without JavaScript, so nothing depends on scripts running in your browser.
  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone and works with screen readers through clear, meaningful structure and headings.
  • Forms have proper labels and errors are announced clearly.
  • The site is responsive, so it adapts to phones, tablets and computers.
  • We use readable text sizes, generous spacing and colours chosen for comfortable contrast.
  • We write in plain, warm language and avoid jargon.

We aim to meet the internationally recognised WCAG 2.1 AA standard and we keep working at it.

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, or you would like information from it in another format, please tell us and we will help. Contact us at admin@qolae.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
